Little League & Rec
Typically 12–15 players per roster, with every player guaranteed game time — most orders land right in the middle of our 20-piece bulk minimum.
Travel & Tournament Teams
Tournament circuits such as USSSA and Perfect Game generally run tighter 12–15 player rosters built for a specific season or event.
High School Varsity (NFHS)
Baseball is a spring sport under NFHS rules, with varsity rosters commonly running 15–20 players and no guaranteed-playing-time rule.

Reinforced At Knee & Seat
Pants run on a sturdier weave with a reinforced double-layer panel at the knee and seat specifically for slide durability across a season, in either a relaxed or fitted cut per your team's preference.

Most spring-season programs sample in winter, before an NFHS or Little League season opens — no minimum applies to this step.

Bulk production begins once you approve the sample, with air or sea freight quoted both ways so a spring-season deadline can be hit.

Do you work with Little League teams, or only travel and high school programs?
All three. Our 20-piece bulk minimum comfortably covers a typical 12–15 player Little League or travel roster, and scales up for a larger varsity squad.
Are the pants actually built for sliding?
Yes — a reinforced double-layer panel at the knee and seat is standard, not an add-on, because that's the point of the uniform that takes the most repeated wear across a season. Full detail is on our baseball category page.
When should a spring-season team start ordering?
Since NFHS high school baseball and most Little League seasons run in spring, most programs sample with us over winter (about ~10 days) so bulk production (about ~18 days) finishes with time to spare before opening day.
Can jerseys be reversible for practice and game use?
Yes — a reversible jersey is available on request, with practice colors on one side and game colors on the other, produced from the same sublimation run.
