What To Know Before You Order.
Fabric
Match jerseys and shorts are typically produced in a lightweight, breathable polyester interlock or mesh — the standard fabric family for football, chosen because it moves and dries fast over 90 minutes. Goalkeeper kits can move to a slightly heavier or padded fabric on request. Exact weight is set from your tech pack rather than a single fixed default, since a warm-weather league and a wet-climate league genuinely need different fabric.
Construction & Decoration
Everything is sublimated in-house, which is what makes exact colour, badge and sponsor-logo matching possible without the colour or design limits screen printing runs into on a full kit. Seams sit at the standard football construction points (shoulder, side, sleeve) with reinforced stitching, since a match kit takes repeated wash cycles across a season.
Sizing & Rosters
Kits are sized and packed per player against your squad list — youth and adult sizing both available, useful for school and academy squads running mixed-age teams alongside a first team.

What's the minimum order for a football club?
There's no minimum on samples, so you can test fit and quality before committing. Bulk orders start at 20 pieces per design — enough for most club and school squads.
Can you match our exact club colours and badge?
Yes. Everything is sublimated in-house, so colours, badges and player numbers are matched exactly to your design — not limited to stock colourways.
What's included in the Match Day Kit vs. buying separately?
The Match Day Kit includes home and away jerseys with shorts, socks, a training top and a goalkeeper jersey, packed in a kit bag. Every piece is also available individually if your club only needs one or two items.
How long before we receive kits once we order?
Sampling typically takes about 8–10 days once your design is confirmed. Bulk production runs about ~18 days after sample approval, with air or sea shipping depending on your timeline.
Do goalkeeper kits use different fabric?
Goalkeeper jerseys can be produced in a padded or reinforced fabric on request, in a distinct colourway from the outfield kit, per league rules.
