Quality You Can Check, Step By Step.
Quality control at True Fit is not a promise on a brochure — it is a series of checkpoints you can see on your own order page, with photos, approvals and a video before anything ships.
Quality control at True Fit Sportswear is a sequence of checkpoints you can see on your own order page: the spec is locked with you before production, you approve mock-ups and logo placement before anything is cut or printed, fabric and stitching are checked during production, each finished piece gets a final inspection pass, and you receive a pre-shipment video and photos for sign-off. An item that is wrong because of our error is remade free of charge; you cover only the shipping of the redo. A third-party inspector is welcome.
Where We Check, And What You See.
Spec Locked With You
Fabric, weight, stitching, piping, decoration and sizes are finalised with you before production starts — so nothing shifts halfway through.
Pattern Making & Fabric Wash
The paper pattern is drafted from your measurements and tech pack, and fabric is washed before cutting so it cannot shrink after your garments are made. Fabric is tested before it is used.
Design & Placement Sign-Off
Mock-ups, logo placement and print size are confirmed with you before cutting or decorating. The production clock pauses while we wait, so approval is never rushed.
Cut, Stitch & Decorate
Cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery all run in our own facility. Stitch checks are made as pieces come off the line, and photos or video are added to your order page when available.
Pressing, Finishing & Final Inspection
Every finished piece goes through a final inspection pass before anything is packed. If a step does not meet our standard we redo it and tell you — your tracking page shows when a part was done again.
Packed Photos & Sign-Off Video
Orders are packed per piece against your roster or size breakdown. You get a pre-shipment video and photos for sign-off — and you are welcome to send a third-party inspector.
If It Is Wrong, We Put It Right.
Free Remake For Our Errors
If an item is wrong because of a mistake on our side, we remake it free of charge. You only cover the shipping of the redo.
Honest About Delays
Lead times are estimates. If something will take longer — fabric, complexity, holidays — we tell you as soon as we know, not at delivery.
Your Say Counts
Leave improvement requests on your tracking page at any time; they go straight to the team making your order. See how order tracking works.

Quality Questions, Answered.
How do you check quality during production?
Every step of an order — pattern, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing — is tracked on your private order page, with photos as steps are completed. Fabric testing, stitch checks and a final inspection pass happen before anything is packed or shipped.
Do I approve anything before you cut or print?
Yes. Mock-ups, logo placement and print size are shown to you first and nothing is cut or decorated until you approve. The production clock pauses while we wait for your answer.
Can I send a third-party inspector?
Yes. A third-party inspection before shipment is welcome — tell us in advance so it can be scheduled before the order is packed.
What happens if something is wrong?
If any step does not meet our standard we redo it and tell you — the tracking page shows when a part was done again. If an item is wrong because of our error we remake it free of charge, and you only cover the shipping of the redo.
Will I see the finished order before it ships?
Yes. You receive a pre-shipment video, and photos of the packed order, for sign-off before anything leaves the factory.
Can I suggest an improvement while my order is being made?
Yes. Your tracking page has a place to leave improvement requests, which go straight to the team making the order.
Do you work to a published inspection standard such as AQL?
We do not publish an AQL figure or claim a quality certification on this website. What we do is documented and visible: the spec is locked with you first, mock-ups and logo placement are approved before cutting or printing, fabric testing and stitch checks run during production, every finished piece gets a final inspection pass, and you receive a pre-shipment video and photos. If your retailer requires an AQL-based inspection, send a third-party inspector and tell us in advance.
