Sports bras are built with structured support panels and a fabric weight matched to the support level you specify, from light-impact to high-support. None of this is off a fixed rack — tell us the support level and use case and we'll spec the fabric.
Construction
Flatlock seams are standard — the seam lies flat instead of raised, preventing chafing during movement. Support panels are cut and reinforced separately from the main body fabric for structure that holds up past the first few washes.
Decoration Methods
Sublimation for patterned or full-print designs since it prints into the fabric with no colour or coverage limit; screen printing or embroidery for a simple logo placement on a plain colourway.
