Every order — whether it starts as a rough sketch or a complete tech pack — goes through the same seven stages. Here's what happens at each one.
A True Fit order runs in seven stages: idea, fabric and construction consultation, sample, sample review, bulk production, quality control, and packing and shipping. Samples have no minimum and typically take 8–10 days; bulk starts at 20 pieces per style and typically takes ~18 days after you approve the sample. Both are estimates, confirmed per order, and shipping time is separate.

Fabric & Construction Consultation
Our production team talks through fabric options, panel construction and fit directly with you — the same conversation you would see in our case study.
Sample Development
We cut and produce a sample to your confirmed spec. No MOQ on samples — this stage exists so you can approve fit and quality before committing to bulk.
Sample Review & Revisions
You review the sample, request any changes, and we adjust until it is right. Bulk production does not start until you sign off.
Bulk Production
Cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery run at your confirmed quantity — minimum 20 pieces on bulk orders.
Quality Control
Fabric testing, stitch checks and a final inspection pass on the finished goods before anything is packed.

Folded, tagged, individually bagged and sized to your specification, then dispatched from Sialkot to your destination.

What Can Slow An Order Down.
Design Not Yet Confirmed
The single biggest cause of delay is Stage 02 running long — fabric or construction details left open instead of locked. Confirming quickly here keeps everything after it on schedule.
Fabric Availability
Less common fabric weights or colours can add lead time heading into bulk production. We'll flag this at the quote stage, not after you've already committed.
Peak Season Scheduling
Order volume across the factory can extend bulk timelines during peak periods. Booking your production slot early avoids getting queued behind larger orders.
Questions About The Process.
Can I change my design after production starts?
Design changes belong in Stage 03/04 (sample development and revisions), before bulk production begins — that's exactly what the sample stage is for. Once bulk production starts on your approved sample, changes mean restarting that stage rather than editing an in-progress run.
What if I don't have a finished tech pack?
You don't need one to start. A reference photo, a rough sketch, or a description of what you're picturing is enough for Stage 01 — our production team works with you in Stage 02 to turn it into a full spec before anything is cut.
Can I order fewer than 20 pieces?
20 pieces is the minimum for bulk production (Stage 05), but there's no minimum on samples (Stage 03) — you can order a single sample to test fit and quality first, with no obligation to place a bulk order afterward.
Do you send updates while my order is in production?
Yes. We share photos and video while your sample is in progress, and again for sign-off before it ships — so you see the actual production stage your order is at rather than waiting until everything is finished.
What typically causes delays between stages?
Most delays come from Stage 02 (waiting on design or fabric confirmation from the buyer) or fabric availability heading into Stage 05. Lead times listed below are estimates for that reason — we'll flag any expected delay as soon as we're aware of it rather than at delivery.
How long does the whole process take from first message to delivery?
We cannot give one honest number for every order, because the total is the sum of several separate parts: the sample (typically 8–10 days), the time you take to review and approve it, bulk production (typically ~18 days after approval) and shipping, which depends on the destination and whether you choose air or sea. The part you control most is how quickly details are confirmed in Stages 02 and 04. We confirm firm dates once your spec and quantity are reviewed.
