Tech pack questions.
What is a tech pack?
A tech pack (technical package) is the instruction sheet a factory makes a garment from. It lists the fabric, colours, construction, print and embroidery placement, labels, packaging, sizes and the measurements of every size. A clear tech pack means fewer sample rounds.
Is the tech pack builder really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no email gate and no watermark. You can print it or save it as a PDF from your own browser as often as you like, and use it with any factory, not only ours.
Do you see what I type?
No. Everything stays in your own browser and is saved only on your device so you can come back later. Nothing is sent to True Fit unless you choose to share it with us yourself by WhatsApp or email.
Where do the starting measurements come from?
They come from the standard finished-garment charts on our size guide for each garment and size range. They are a sensible starting point, not a promise: you can edit every number, and we confirm all measurements on a sample before bulk production.
Do I need a tech pack to order a sample?
No. A reference photo or a sketch is enough to start. A tech pack just makes the first sample closer to what you imagined. If you only have an idea, send it and our team will help you build the details.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Press Print / Save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF as the printer in the print window. On a phone, use Share or Print from your browser menu and pick Save as PDF.
