Fabric
Rugby is the one category on this site where we don't start from a standard teamwear fabric — match jerseys need a heavier, grip-tested weave that can survive being grabbed and pulled repeatedly without stretching out of shape, which is a genuinely different spec conversation from football or basketball fabric.
Construction
Seams are reinforced beyond our standard teamwear stitching, since a normal seam is the first thing to fail under repeated contact. Match shorts use the same durable, grip-tested fabric family as the jersey rather than a lighter training-shorts fabric.
Decoration
Full sublimation as standard, so club colours, crests, player numbers and sponsor branding are all matched exactly rather than limited by what a screen-print or embroidery process can hold on a heavier fabric.
