What To Know Before You Order.
Fabric & Support, By Garment
Leggings are built in a squat-proof, four-way stretch fabric so they hold opacity and shape under load — a common failure point on cheaper leggings. Sports bras are built with structured support panels and a fabric weight matched to the support level you specify, from light-impact to high-support. Yoga and gym sets balance stretch and structure depending on the movement they're designed for. None of this is off a fixed rack — tell us the support level and use case and we'll spec the fabric.
Construction
Flatlock seams are standard on close-fit pieces like leggings and bras — the seam lies flat instead of raised, which is what prevents chafing during movement. Waistbands are built wide and non-roll so they stay put during training rather than digging in or slipping. Bra support panels are cut and reinforced separately from the main body fabric for structure that lasts past the first few washes.
Decoration Methods
Sublimation is the usual choice for patterned leggings and full-print sets, since it prints into the fabric with no texture or colour limit. Screen printing and embroidery both work well for simpler logo placement on a plain colourway — embroidery for a more premium, durable finish.
Sizing & Sampling
Full adult size range as standard. Because fit matters more on close-fit womenswear than almost any other category, we build every design as a sample first — with zero MOQ on samples — so you can check fit and stretch recovery before committing to bulk.
MOQ & Lead Times
20 pieces bulk MOQ per style, zero MOQ on samples, roughly 8–10 days for a sample and ~18 days for bulk once approved. See our MOQ guide for the full breakdown.
Why Fit Sampling Matters Here
Close-fit womenswear is the category where a fit mistake is most visible and hardest to sell around, which is exactly why we never skip the sample stage regardless of order size. Over 4 years producing for 88+ brands, the leggings and bra orders that went smoothly were consistently the ones where the buyer tried the sample on a real body before approving bulk, not just checked it against a spec sheet. If you're new to sourcing this category, budget the extra few days for that step — it's cheaper than a bulk run that doesn't fit.
