What's the actual difference between OEM, ODM and private label?
OEM: you bring a complete design or tech pack and we produce exactly to spec under your label. ODM: you bring an idea or reference and our team develops the design and tech pack for you. Private label: you choose from styles we've already produced and apply your own tags and branding — the fastest of the three to get to market.
I don't know which route I need — how do I decide?
Tell us what you have: a finished tech pack points to OEM, a reference photo or rough idea points to ODM, and wanting to launch fast without developing a new style points to private label. Most brands figure this out from that one conversation rather than knowing in advance.
Can I start with private label now and move to OEM or ODM later?
Yes — brands commonly launch on an existing private label style to get to market quickly, then move to ODM or OEM for a custom design once they've validated demand.
Does the MOQ differ between OEM, ODM and private label?
No — the same 20-piece bulk minimum and zero-MOQ sample policy applies across all three routes. What changes is how much design work happens before production, not the minimum quantity.
How much does a private label order cost?
We do not publish a price list or rough per-piece prices, because fabric, decoration, construction and quantity all move the number. Every quotation is written for your exact spec, and a sample at zero MOQ lets you check the product before you commit to a bulk quantity. Our cost guide explains what drives a quote.
What branding can go on a private label garment?
Your own labels and tags, plus your logo and artwork applied by sublimation, screen printing or embroidery, depending on the fabric and the look you want. Our decoration methods guide compares the three. Packing is done to your specification.
Can I order a sample of a private label style first?
Yes. Samples have no minimum, even a single piece, and you see photos and video while it is made and a sign-off video before it ships. Bulk production starts from 20 pieces once you approve. See how samples work.
Who owns the design if you develop it for me under ODM?
You do. Any tech pack, artwork or design developed for your order — whether you brought it complete or we helped build it under ODM — remains your property and isn't reused for another customer's order without your permission.
