Download PDF Read the guideTrue Fit Sportswear is a hand-run factory in Sialkot, Pakistan. After four years of working with 88+ brands, the questions that keep coming up are about preparation: how heavy should the fabric be, how do I describe the fit, what exactly should I send you. Those are questions a brand can answer on its own, with the right reference in hand, before it ever contacts a factory. So we turned our answers into documents you can print, fill in and keep, whether you end up ordering from us or from anyone else.
The files are plain and brand-neutral on purpose. Each carries a small credit line in the footer and nothing else. You can use them with any manufacturer.
They are designed as a sequence, even though each stands alone. Most custom garments move through the same three decisions, and the downloads map onto them.
The ranges in the GSM chart and the grading and tolerance tables in the size guide are labeled typical. They are broad, widely used industry ranges meant for orientation. They are not True Fit specifications, and no chart replaces a real sample. Whatever you decide on paper, confirm the fabric, the weight and the measurements with your factory on a sample before you approve bulk production.
If you have filled in a template, or only half of one, send it to us. Samples have no minimum quantity and typically take 8–10 days; see how to order a sample. If you are building your own label, our private label page explains how that works. Bulk orders start at 20 pieces per style, take about 18 working days after approvals, and ship with the cost included in your quote. Every order has its own live tracking page.
Watch your order being made — step by step, with photos.
Every True Fit order gets its own private tracking page: photo updates as each step is completed, a live working-day countdown, design approvals before we cut, and pre-shipment photos. Backed by an FBR-registered business you can verify yourself.
