True Fit Sportswear is a custom sportswear and activewear manufacturer based on Roras Road, Shahabpura, Sialkot, Pakistan. It was founded in 2022 by Usama Afzal and Muhammad Rehan, makes garments in its own facility rather than through subcontractors, and has served 88+ brands. Bulk orders start at 20 pieces per style; samples have no minimum.

True Fit Sportswear was founded to close a gap we kept hearing about from brand owners: too many "manufacturers" were actually resellers, relaying orders to subcontractors and adding a markup with no added value. We built the opposite — one facility, in Sialkot, where cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery all happen under our own roof, and where you talk directly to the people producing your order.
In four years we've produced for 88+ brands across activewear, teamwear and school/alumni programs — from first-time founders sampling a single design to established labels running repeat bulk orders.

Is True Fit Sportswear a real factory, or a trading/sourcing company?
A real, in-house facility. Cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery all happen under our own roof in Sialkot — we're not an agent or trading company relaying your order to a subcontractor and adding a markup. Who do you actually manufacture for?
A mix of first-time brand founders sampling a single design before they've committed to inventory, established activewear and streetwear labels running repeat bulk orders, and teams, clubs and school alumni programs ordering a full kit for a roster. Our low bulk MOQ (20 pieces) is what makes the first group possible.
Do you only manufacture sportswear, or other apparel too?
Sportswear and activewear are our core specialty — jerseys, kits, gym and compression wear. We also take on adjacent categories like streetwear tees, hoodies and graphic apparel when they use the same in-house capability (sublimation, screen print, embroidery, cut-and-sew), which you can see examples of in our portfolio.
Why manufacture in Sialkot instead of China, Bangladesh or Vietnam?
Those hubs are built for general apparel at very high volume. Sialkot has specialized specifically in sports goods for over a century, so the workforce, fabric suppliers and finishing capability (sublimation, embroidery) are concentrated around exactly this category — and Sialkot factories are generally more willing to work at lower minimums than the mega-factories in bigger apparel hubs.
Is 4 years in business long enough to trust with a bulk order?
We don't ask you to take that on faith — that's exactly why sample orders have zero MOQ. You can test our fabric, construction and communication on a single sample before committing to any bulk quantity, rather than relying on how long we've existed as a stand-in for proof.
Who runs True Fit Sportswear, and who will I deal with?
Two co-founders. Usama Afzal is Co-Founder and Managing Director and handles quotes, client relations and day-to-day operations; Muhammad Rehan is Co-Founder and Head of Manufacturing and oversees production, quality control and the factory floor. Our FBR tax registration is filed under Usama Afzal. Both are named, with photos, on the verification page, and you reach the team by WhatsApp or email.
Can I check the factory address independently?
Yes. The address on this website (Roras Road, Shahabpura, Sialkot) is the same one on our FBR registration, it is pinned on Google Maps, and the footage on the factory tour shows the floor itself. Compare the three before you send any money.
