What You're Actually Getting.
Not marketing language — the specific things that separate an in-house factory from a reseller relaying your order to someone else.
Choose True Fit Sportswear if you want a custom sportswear maker that produces in its own Sialkot facility, accepts 20 pieces per style on bulk and one piece as a sample, shows your order being made on a private tracking page, and can be verified through the FBR portal. Choose a much larger factory instead if you are buying very high volumes of plain commodity garments.
What You're Actually Getting.
In-House Production
Cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery all happen in our own Sialkot facility — not subcontracted out and re-marked up.
Quality Control On Every Order
Fabric testing, stitch checks and a final inspection pass before anything is packed, regardless of order size.
Low MOQ On Bulk
20 pieces minimum per style on bulk, zero MOQ on samples — a bulk threshold set low on purpose so smaller brands and teams can start.
Direct Factory Pricing
You're paying for production, not a reseller's markup on top of someone else's factory.
Direct Communication
Your questions go to our production team, not a sales layer that has to check with the factory and get back to you later.
Worldwide Shipping
We regularly produce for and ship to brands across the USA, UK, Canada, Europe and Australia.
See A Real Order, Start To Finish.
Our case study walks through an actual WhatsApp conversation, fabric decision, and finished production run — not a testimonial, the real thing.
Reseller vs. In-House Factory.
A Reseller / Sourcing Agent
Relays your order to a factory they don't own, adds a markup on top, and passes your fabric and construction questions through a middleman before you get an answer. Quality control depends on a factory you never talk to directly.
True Fit Sportswear
Cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery happen in our own Sialkot facility. You talk directly to the people producing your order, pricing reflects production cost rather than a resale markup, and quality control is ours to answer for — not a third party's.
Three Ways To Source Custom Sportswear.
A general pattern, not a statement about any named company. It helps to know which kind of supplier you are talking to.
| Sourcing agent or reseller | Large general-apparel factory | True Fit Sportswear | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who makes the order | A factory the agent relays it to | Its own production lines, built for volume | Our own facility in Sialkot |
| Who answers production questions | The agent, after checking with the factory | Usually an account manager or merchandiser | The team producing the order; the founders are named |
| Minimums | Set by the factory behind the agent | Usually set for high-volume runs | 20 pieces per style bulk; none on samples |
| Best for | Buyers who want someone else to manage sourcing | Very large runs of plain garments | New brands, repeat labels and teams ordering custom, decorated kit |
Five Things To Verify Before You Pay Anyone.
- Tax registration. Look up NTN 3430130471519 on the FBR portal; the steps are on our verification page.
- The place. Compare the Roras Road, Shahabpura address with the map pin and the footage on the factory tour.
- The process. Open the live demo order to see exactly what a customer sees while an order is made.
- The work. Browse the portfolio and read the case study.
- The risk. Order a zero-MOQ sample first and judge fabric, construction and communication on one piece.
Questions Before You Compare Quotes.
How is True Fit different from a trading company or sourcing agent?
A trading company or agent doesn't own production — they relay your order to a factory and add a markup on top, with your questions passing through a middleman on the way to an answer. We are the factory: cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery happen in our own Sialkot facility, and the people replying to you are the people producing your order.
Do you subcontract any part of production to another workshop?
No. Everything shown on our factory tour happens in-house, under one roof — nothing is sent out to a separate workshop and relayed back to you as if it were ours.
Why is your bulk MOQ so low?
A 20-piece bulk minimum per style is deliberately set low so early-stage brands and smaller teams can order without committing to a quantity built for a much larger business. Larger factories often set higher minimums because bigger runs are more efficient to schedule. We have chosen to accept smaller runs instead, which has trade-offs we spell out below.
Can I compare your pricing against another quote I've received?
Yes — send us the spec from your other quote (fabric, decoration method, quantity) and we'll tell you honestly where we land and why, rather than just undercutting a number without knowing what it actually includes.
What are the trade-offs of working with a smaller factory like True Fit?
We are one facility, not a mega-factory. Very high-volume commodity runs are usually better priced at much larger general-apparel factories, peak periods can lengthen bulk lead times (we flag that when we quote), and every order is made to order, so there is no ready stock to ship. In return you get a low minimum, direct access to the people making your order, and an order process you can watch and check.
How can I check the claims on this page?
Look up our NTN 3430130471519 on the FBR portal, compare the Roras Road, Shahabpura address with the Google Maps pin and the factory tour, open the live demo order to see what a customer sees, and read the case study. Then order a zero-MOQ sample. The verification page lists each step.
You will always know where your order is.
No silence after payment: every order gets a private live tracking page with photo updates, a working-day countdown and approvals before we cut.
