Samples are paid in full up front against an official invoice with a TF# number. Your order then gets a private live tracking page.
Watch It Being Made
Typically 8–10 days. We share photos and videos as steps are completed, and ask for your OK on mock-ups and logo placement before anything is cut or printed.
Approve Before It Ships
You get a video of the finished sample for sign-off before it leaves the factory. Approve it in writing — a WhatsApp or email confirmation is enough — and bulk production can begin.

If the sample is wrong because of a mistake on our side we remake it at no production cost; you only cover shipping of the corrected sample.
Your Design Stays Yours
Artwork, logos and tech packs remain your property and are never reused for another customer without your permission.

Is there a minimum order for a sample?
No. Samples have zero MOQ — a single piece is fine. Bulk production starts at 20 pieces per style.
How long does a sample take?
Typically 8–10 days from a confirmed spec. It depends on fabric availability and how complex the design is, and we confirm an exact date once we have reviewed your reference. Shipping time is separate.
What do I need to send to start?
A reference photo, a sketch or a description is enough — a tech pack is optional. A clear reference image helps most, because it shows the cut, panels, construction and logo placement that words cannot. Add your logo files, colours, fabric preference and delivery country if you have them.
Will I see the sample while it is being made?
Yes. We share photos and videos while it is in production, and send a video for your sign-off before it ships. If you have a live tracking page for the order, each step appears there too.
Is the sample fee credited toward my first bulk order?
Yes, if your first bulk order of the same style is 50 pieces or more. Mention it when you place the bulk order — it is not applied automatically, and it is worked out per style, not pooled across styles.
What if the sample is not right?
If the sample is wrong because of a mistake on our side, we remake it free of charge and you only cover the shipping of the corrected sample. If you decide you want something different from what you approved, that is a new sample round on standard terms.
