A US Streetwear Label, One Reference Tech Pack.
A US-based streetwear brand came to us with a tech pack for a motocross-style long-sleeve jersey and matching shorts — full sublimation, a lightning-bolt graphic, and a bold orange/blue/volt colorway. They had the design. What they needed was a factory that could actually build it, sample it fast, and talk through fabric tradeoffs without a middleman slowing things down.
No account manager relayed messages back and forth for days. Our own production team spoke directly with the client on WhatsApp — the same channel we use with every client, from first sketch to final shipment.

Client sends the full spec sheet
Front and back flats, color palette, size chart from XS to 4XL, and construction notes for the long-sleeve jersey — moisture-wicking, breathable panels, four-way stretch.
"Do you need panels? Send me socks and shorts tech packs too."
Our team asked the construction question that mattered — mesh panel placement — and immediately widened the ask to the full kit: shorts and socks, not just the jersey.
"Mesh fabric, or polyester BT lycra like another customer's jersey?"
We shared a real comparison from another client's production run rather than a generic spec sheet answer — mesh for ventilation, or a polyester/BT-lycra blend for a closer, compression-style fit.
"Which is better?" → full shorts tech pack sent, confirmed, and matched to the jersey
The client sent a complete shorts spec sheet — front/back flats, fabric details, color palette and size chart — and we confirmed the mesh construction against it before cutting a single piece.
