Before You Order Activewear.
Fabric And Fit
Activewear succeeds or fails on fabric and fit. Leggings need enough weight to stay opaque when stretched, tops need breathable knit, and bras need the right support structure. Because none of this is fixed to a rack fabric, tell us the use case and feel you want and we will spec a fabric, then confirm it on a sample.
Construction Details
Flatlock seams reduce chafing, wide non-roll waistbands stay put in training, and bonded or taped finishes can replace bulky seams where you want a cleaner look. These are decisions you can make per garment, and the sample is the place to check them.
Branding
Sublimation gives all-over prints, embroidery gives a premium logo, and heat transfer or silicone print suits smaller marks. Neck labels, woven tags and hang tags are made to your artwork so the finished product looks like a brand, not a blank.
Sizing And Grading
Send your size chart or ask for ours. Our size guide and the activewear sizing guide explain how a size range is graded, which matters most for women's and stretch garments.
MOQ And Lead Times
0 MOQ on samples, 20 pieces bulk per design, roughly 8–10 days for a sample and ~18 days for bulk once approved. You can follow every order on a private tracking page with photos.
Common Questions.
What does an activewear manufacturer actually do?
We take your design, reference garment or tech pack and turn it into a sample, then a production run: pattern, fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, decoration, labelling, packing and shipping. You keep the brand and the customers; we handle making the garments.
Can I start with a small order?
Yes. Samples have no minimum, so you can approve fit and fabric on one piece. Bulk orders start at 20 pieces per design, which suits a first launch or a small drop.
Do you offer private label activewear?
Yes. Your label goes on the garment, your hang tag and packaging go in the box, and nothing carries our name unless you want it to. See our private label page for how that works.
Do you have ready-made designs I can just put my logo on?
We build to your design or reference rather than sell a fixed catalogue, so every order is made to your spec. If you are unsure where to start, send a photo of a garment you like and we will quote it.
Can I send a tech pack?
Yes, and it speeds things up. If you do not have one, our free tech pack template shows what to include, and we can work from reference photos and measurements too.
How long does an order take?
A sample typically takes about 8–10 days once your spec is confirmed. Bulk production runs about ~18 days after sample approval, and shipping is quoted per order.
