Kit For The Whole Club, Not Just The First Team.
Match shirts, training wear, travel layers and coaches’ kit, made in our own Sialkot factory in your colours with every player’s name and number. Test one piece first, then order from 20.
True Fit Sportswear makes custom kit for sports clubs at our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan: sublimated match shirts and shorts, training wear, jackets and hoodies, with sponsor logos, crests, and a different name and number for each player. The bulk minimum is 20 pieces per design, a sample has no minimum, and every order gets a private tracking page with photos and approval steps before cutting and printing. We ship worldwide and take payment by bank transfer or Wise against an official invoice.
A Club Rarely Needs Just One Kit.
Most clubs start by pricing the first-team match shirt and end up ordering four or five different things. Mapping them out before you ask for a quote saves a second round of emails.
| Item | What it is used for | Decoration clubs usually choose | Look at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Match shirt and shorts | Fixtures; the item that needs the most design care and the most sign-off | Full sublimation for colours, panels and sponsor logos; crest in print or embroidery | Teamwear, football |
| Training top and shorts | Weekly sessions; gets washed constantly and replaced sooner | Simple one- or two-colour print or sublimation; a lighter fabric | Teamwear, gym wear |
| Goalkeeper or alternate kit | Colour clash cover and the keeper’s own set | Same design family in a contrasting colourway | Football |
| Travel layers | Hoodies, jackets and sweatshirts for away days and the touchline | Embroidered crest, small printed names | Jackets, hoodies |
| Youth and academy | Junior sections wearing the club identity in smaller sizes | Same artwork scaled to the garment | Size guide |
| Coaches, volunteers, supporters | Staff on match day; supporters’ shop or fundraising | Printed club logo on a tee | T-shirts |
Playing a different sport? The same process covers cricket kits, rugby, basketball, volleyball and netball and track and field wear.
Count Back From Your First Fixture.
Club orders go late for one reason more than any other: the committee decides in a hurry and nobody counts the approvals. Plan in this order, last event first.
- Fix the day you need the kit in the club’s hands, not the day it leaves the factory. Include a few days of slack for the courier and for names or numbers that turn out to need correcting.
- Subtract shipping. Time in transit depends on your country and on whether you choose air or sea freight; we quote both options for your destination. Any customs processing at your end is outside our control, as set out in our shipping policy.
- Subtract bulk production, typically ~18 days once artwork and sample are approved. The countdown on your tracking page counts working days and pauses whenever we are waiting for you.
- Subtract your own approval time. Committee votes, sponsor sign-off on logo placement and parents agreeing sizes are the slowest steps in the whole chain, and they are entirely in your hands.
- Subtract the sample, typically 8–10 days, plus the time it takes to ship, try on and judge it.
- The result is the date you should send the brief. If it is already behind you, say so when you contact us; we will tell you honestly which steps can be shortened and which cannot.
Five Things Clubs Get Caught By.
The roster changes after cutting
Players leave, join or grow between the order and the delivery. Freeze the roster before you approve, keep the names in one shared sheet, and decide in advance who is allowed to change it and until when.
Sponsor logos arrive as screenshots
A logo pulled from a website is rarely sharp enough to print at shirt size. Ask each sponsor for their vector artwork up front and tell us the exact placement so the mock-up is right the first time.
One size chart for everyone
Adults, juniors and women’s sections fit differently. Use the size guide and have a few players try a sample before you commit the whole squad.
Colour looks different on screen
A screen is not a fabric. Give us a Pantone reference or an existing garment to match if the club colour matters (see the glossary entry), and judge the sample in daylight.
Away and home kits designed separately
If both share a template, ask for them as one design family so the patterns, collar and trims stay consistent, and check with us how the quantities count towards the 20-piece minimum.
Nobody owns the order
Name one person who approves artwork, one who owns the roster and one who handles payment. It turns an eight-person email thread into three clear lines.
What A Committee Needs To See.
A written quote, then an official invoice
Pricing is worked out for your exact spec, because fabric, decoration and quantity all move the number; we do not publish a price list. When you accept, you receive an invoice with a TF# number that your treasurer can file. Payment is by bank transfer or Wise only; read how to pay a clothing manufacturer safely.
A company you can look up
True Fit Sportswear (Private) Limited is registered with the SECP (CUIN 0362653). The verification page lists what to check and where, and the factory tour shows where your kit is made.
A page your members can follow
Your order gets a private tracking page with progress photos, a working-day countdown and approvals before cutting and printing. Share the link with the club secretary so questions stop landing in your inbox.
Quality you can inspect
Fabric and stitch checks happen during production, and you receive a pre-shipment video and photos for sign-off. A third-party inspection is welcome if the club wants one. Details are on the quality control page.

Questions Club Managers Ask.
Our club has fewer than 20 players. Can we still order a kit?
Tell us your real roster when you ask for a quote. Bulk orders start at 20 pieces per design, counted per style rather than per size, and many clubs reach that by ordering the same shirt design for the first team, reserves, substitutes and coaching staff. If your numbers genuinely fall short, we say so in writing before you pay for anything, and a zero-MOQ sample is always available to test the design first.
Can every player have a different name and number on the same kit?
Yes, that is the normal case. One shirt design can be made in different sizes with a different name and number for each player, as long as you send a roster that matches. Use our kit order checklist to build that roster so nothing is guessed at the cutting stage.
How do we get sponsor logos onto the kit correctly?
Send each sponsor logo as a vector file (or the highest-resolution version you have), say where it sits on the shirt and how wide it should be, and ask the sponsor to approve the layout. We show you a mock-up with logo size and placement before anything is cut or printed, which is the point to forward it to the sponsor for sign-off.
How long will our kit take, and when should we order?
A sample typically takes 8–10 days and bulk typically ~18 days once the sample and artwork are approved. Shipping is added on top and depends on your destination, and the clock pauses whenever we are waiting on your approval. Work backwards from your first fixture and leave slack for sign-off by your committee and sponsors; the timeline section above shows how.
Can we add new players mid-season in the same design?
Yes, as a reorder. Keep the final approved artwork and the sizes and names you used, and tell us which order it follows. Fabric dye lots can differ slightly from one batch to the next, so if you expect late joiners, ask us at the first order whether to include a few spare sizes in the first run.
How does our treasurer pay, and what paperwork do we get?
Every order starts with a written quotation and moves to an official invoice with a TF# number. Payment is by bank transfer or Wise against that invoice; we do not take card payments. Our company registration page shows the details your committee may want on file.
Can I check your work before committing the whole club?
Order a sample of the shirt with zero MOQ, wear it in training and ask a few players to judge fit and fabric. You can also open the live demo order to see how a real order is tracked, and browse the portfolio for finished club and team kits.
