What To Know Before You Order.
Fabric & Build, Per Item
Accessories don't share one spec sheet — each item is built for what it actually does. Caps are typically a structured 6-panel build with a buckram-reinforced crown so the embroidery sits flat and holds shape; socks run either a sublimation-ready knit for full-colour team graphics or a classic ribbed knit with woven stripes for a traditional club look, with cushioned zones added on request; gloves use a grip-textured palm panel with a stretch-knit back for fit. None of this is fixed — tell us the item and the use case and we'll spec the fabric to match.
Decoration Methods
Embroidery is the default for caps and gloves — it holds up to repeated wear and washing better than a printed logo on a small, high-friction item. Socks are usually sublimated when the design needs unlimited colour or an all-over pattern, or knit-in for a classic two- or three-colour stripe. Heat-transfer branding is available for smaller accessory runs where embroidery setup isn't worth it.
Sizing
Caps ship either one-size-adjustable (strap or snapback) or fitted across a size range if your buyers need an exact fit. Socks are produced across youth and adult size breaks and packed to match your roster — see our youth vs. adult sizing guide if you're ordering across a mixed-age team.
MOQ & Lead Times
Same terms as everything else we produce: 20 pieces bulk MOQ per style, zero MOQ on samples, roughly 8–10 days for a sample and ~18 days for bulk once it's approved — see our MOQ guide for how that applies across mixed items in one order.
Ordering Accessories Alongside A Kit
Most accessory orders we run aren't standalone — they're caps, socks or gloves matched to a kit we're already producing for the same brand, so the colours, crest placement and thread match exactly rather than being approximated by a separate supplier later. If you're only ordering accessories on their own, that's equally fine: the 20-piece MOQ and sample process apply the same way whether it's attached to a bigger order or not. In 4 years producing for 88+ brands, matching accessories has usually come up as a follow-on request after the main kit was approved, once a buyer already trusted the colour and print accuracy on the larger pieces.
Private Label & Branding
Accessories are a common private-label entry point for a smaller brand — a custom cap or a branded sock is a lower-cost way to put your name into the market than a full apparel drop. We handle OEM (your finished design, produced to spec), ODM (you bring a reference and our team develops it into a producible design) and private label work the same way here as on the rest of the site — see our Private Label page for how the three differ.
