What happens after I submit the quote form?
A real reply from our production team as soon as possible — not an automated response. Because of the time-zone difference it can sometimes take a little longer. We'll confirm your product, fabric options and next steps, then move toward a sample.
Do I need to know exact quantities before requesting a quote?
No — "Not Sure Yet" is a valid answer on the form. We can quote a range and refine it once your design and quantity are firmer.
Can I request a quote without a finished design?
Yes — attach a reference photo, rough sketch, or just describe what you're picturing in the message field. A finished tech pack isn't required to start the conversation.
Is there a minimum order to get a reply?
No — we reply to sample-only inquiries the same as bulk requests. Samples have zero MOQ, so a single-piece request is a normal way to start.
