Sample first

The artwork is printed and heat-pressed into the polyester fabric in our own print room.

Printed panels are cut to your pattern and stitched by our team, with names and numbers per player if you need them.
Check & pack
Measurements, stitching and print are checked, then jerseys are folded and packed, with a sign-off video before shipping.

When Full-Sublimation Is The Right Choice.
Best for
All-over designs, gradients, camouflage, geometric sleeves and detailed team graphics. Colour runs edge to edge, with no heavy print layer to crack or peel, and it stays breathable.
Less suited to
Dark or cotton fabrics, because sublimation needs polyester or a high-polyester blend. For a cotton tee we use screen printing, DTF or embroidery instead, and tell you which suits your design.

What is a sublimated jersey?
Sublimation prints your design into polyester fibres with heat, so the artwork becomes part of the fabric instead of a layer on top. That is why all-over designs, gradients and photo-style graphics stay soft to the touch and do not crack or peel the way a heavy plastic print can.
What is the minimum order for custom sublimated jerseys?
Bulk orders start at 20 pieces per style. Samples have no minimum, so you can approve one jersey before ordering the team.
Which file formats do you need for the design?
A vector file (AI, PDF or SVG) is ideal, and a high-resolution PNG also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference photo, tell us: our team can develop the artwork and tech pack with you. Anything we develop for your order stays yours.
Can every player have a different name and number?
Yes. Send a roster with names, numbers and sizes for each player. We add the names and numbers per player to your order, and you approve them on the sample first.
How long do custom jerseys take?
A sample typically takes 8 to 10 days and bulk about 18 days after sample approval. These are estimates confirmed for your exact order, and shipping is separate. Start earlier than you think you need to if you have a season start date.
Which sports do you make sublimated jerseys for?
Football (soccer), basketball, ice and field hockey, baseball, American football, lacrosse, cricket and esports, plus club, school and alumni kits. If your sport is not listed, ask us.
Will colours match my brand or team colours?
Send Pantone references or a colour swatch with the artwork. Screen colours and printed colours always differ slightly, which is why we recommend approving a physical sample before bulk.
