What To Know Before You Order.
Fabric & Weight, By Garment
We don't work off one fixed catalog fabric — training tees generally run a lighter, breathable polyester interlock so they move and dry fast; tracksuits, hoodies and sweatshirts move to a heavier brushed-back fleece or cotton-poly blend for warmth and structure; jackets move to a lightweight ripstop or softshell shell for wind and water resistance; compression tops use a four-way stretch spandex-poly blend for close fit and recovery. Tell us the use case (training, matchday, post-game warmth) and we'll spec the right weight rather than sell you a single default.
Construction & Stitching
Training tees and shorts get reinforced stitching at the shoulder and side seams, the highest-stress points in an activewear garment. Hoodies and tracksuits use ribbed cuffs and hems to hold shape wash after wash. Compression pieces are flatlock-stitched — the seam sits flat against the skin instead of raised, which is what stops chafing on longer wear.
Decoration Methods
Full sublimation for all-over graphics and unlimited colour (the standard for training tees and tracksuit branding), screen printing where a simpler 1-3 colour logo needs to run cost-effectively at volume, and embroidery for a durable, premium finish on crests and wordmarks.
Sizing
Full adult size range as standard, and youth sizing available where a program needs it — packed and labelled per size so a bulk order arrives ready to distribute, not just as a box of mixed garments.
MOQ & Lead Times
20 pieces bulk MOQ per style, zero MOQ on samples, roughly 8–10 days for a sample and ~18 days for bulk once you've approved it — see our production timeline guide for what happens at each stage.
What Buyers In This Category Usually Order
Men's activewear ranges from a single training tee run for a gym brand's first launch, to a full seasonal drop across tees, shorts and hoodies for an established label. In 4 years we've produced for 88+ brands across that whole spread — some ordering one style at the 20-piece minimum to test demand before scaling, others running repeat bulk orders across several styles at once. Either way starts the same: a reference image or rough sketch, a sample to confirm fit and fabric, then bulk once you've signed off on it.
