Custom Kids Sportswear, Graded For Real Children.
Youth kits, school PE sets and academy training wear patterned on child proportions instead of an adult block shrunk down, since a small adult shirt on a nine-year-old fits nobody.
What We Make.
Youth Team Kits
Jerseys and shorts for junior football, basketball, cricket and similar squads, in age-based size runs.
School PE Sets
Plain, hard-wearing tops and shorts with a small embroidered or printed school crest.
Academy Training Wear
Training tops, bibs and shorts in the club colourway, in sizes that follow a growing group.
Kids Tracksuits & Hoodies
Warm-up layers with fixed or drawstring-free necklines, built to the buyer's labelling and rules.
Youth Leggings & Base Layers
Stretch pieces for gymnastics, dance and cold-weather training, with soft seams and a gentle waist.
What To Know Before You Order.
Pattern & Grading
A child-specific block uses a shorter body length, a wider neck opening relative to chest size and more room at the hip for movement. The number on the label (age 8, say) is only a guide, so we ask for chest, height and body length targets if you have them. Our size guide has youth charts, and a sample in the middle of your range is the best test of a size run.
Fabrics & Comfort
Children notice scratchy collars and stiff seams faster than adults do. Soft jersey and interlock knits are common choices, and flatlock seams keep stitching off the skin. Neck labels can be printed on the inside as a heat-transfer in place of a sewn tag. Fabric weights are set from your spec, and we recommend light, breathable cloths for hot summer sports.
Safety Notes For Buyers
Rules on drawcords, small trims, flame resistance and labels vary between markets. We follow the labelling you give us, and offer drawstring-free or otherwise compliant designs on request, but we cannot decide what your market requires. Please confirm the rules that apply where the garments will be sold or worn, and tell us what to build to. Avoid adding loose decorations that can detach.
Ordering For A School Or Club
Pick one reference design, agree the size run, and order a sample first. Bulk usually follows in about ~18 days after sign-off, and the sample step takes about 8–10 days. Your order has a private tracking page with photos, useful when a committee wants to see progress. For junior squads, look at our football and teamwear pages, and order a sample before the full run.
Common Questions.
Are kids sizes just smaller adult sizes?
They should not be. Children carry proportionally larger heads and shorter torsos and limbs than adults, so a youth pattern has different armhole, rise and sleeve measurements. We work from youth measurements, which is why sampling a youth size matters more than checking a medium.
Can you make drawstring-free hoodies and tops?
Yes. We can build hoodies and tracksuits without a neck or hood drawcord, using other ways to adjust fit, and we follow the buyer's labelling instructions. Rules about drawcords, labels and fabric differ by country, so please confirm the requirements for your own market before ordering.
How do I size for a team of mixed ages?
Collect height as well as age, as children of the same age can be several sizes apart. Send a size list against each name, plus a spare few pieces in the middle sizes, and note which pieces will need to grow with a child through the season.
What is the minimum order for kids sportswear?
A parent committee or school can order one sample and try it on a real child first, since samples carry no minimum. Bulk begins at 20 pieces of one design, which covers a single class or junior squad.
How long does an order take?
Allow about 8–10 days for the sample once the design and size run are confirmed, then about ~18 days for bulk after approval, plus shipping.
