What To Know Before You Order.
Durability First
School kit is washed weekly, dragged across pitches and often handed down. We recommend a robust knit with reinforced seams at stress points. Weight and blend are set from your spec.
Colour Consistency
A school expects the same shade each year. Sublimation gives bright, even colour, while cotton-rich blends hold dye differently. Keep a written colour reference, and ask for a sample from each new batch if you need an exact match.
Name Labels And Crests
Parents often need name space. We can add a woven neck label with writing space, or a printed label inside the collar. Crests can be embroidered or heat-transferred, whichever suits the fabric.
Ordering Practicalities
Collect size counts by year group, crest files and colours before quoting. Typical slips include underestimating small sizes and not asking for a size run for staff. Our process page explains how samples and tracking work.
Common Questions.
Can you match our exact school colours?
We match from Pantone references or fabric swatches. Because dyed fabric can differ between runs, we recommend approving a sample, then we keep the colour reference for repeat orders.
Will the fabric survive frequent washing?
Choose a durable polyester or cotton-rich blend and tell us your laundering expectations. Fabric and finishing are chosen from your spec to limit shrinking and fading.
How do you handle the many sizes a school needs?

Can we reorder the same kit each year?
Yes, we keep the pattern and spec for repeat orders, and a fresh batch follows the same process. Mid-year top-ups of one size count toward the design minimum of 20 pieces.
Timing and minimums?
Samples have no minimum and take about 8–10 days. Bulk takes about ~18 days after approval. Plan well ahead of the new school year.
