Custom Team Kit For Gulf Clubs, Academies, Gyms And Schools.
Football and cricket are played hard across the Gulf, by academies, school teams, workplace sides and community clubs drawn from dozens of nationalities, usually in serious heat and often under floodlights after dark. We make the kit in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, and ship it to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
One Factory, Six Gulf Countries.
The details of an order change from one country to the next, but the way we work does not: you send a reference, we sample, you approve, and the bulk run follows. Two countries have their own pages; the others are covered here.
United Arab Emirates
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates, with a very mixed population and a lot of school and academy sport →
Saudi Arabia
A fast-growing sports sector, large school and academy programmes, and football at the centre of it →
Qatar
A compact country with a strong football culture and an international population. See the Doha page.
Kuwait
School, club and workplace teams ordering football and cricket kit. Quoted per order from this hub, with no separate minimum.
Bahrain
A small market where one order often covers a club's football and cricket sides together. Same quotation process as the rest of the Gulf.
Oman
Football and cricket kit for clubs, schools and community teams. Quoted per order and shipped from Sialkot.
Six Kinds Of Buyer, Six Different Briefs.
These are the typical shapes an enquiry takes, not a list of customers. A single enquiry often mixes two or three of them.
Academies
Several age groups, one identity. Sizes from small junior up to adult, with the same crest and colours running across training, match and travel kit.
Community Clubs
Volunteer-run sides with players from many countries, a tight budget and a committee that needs to see a sample before agreeing anything.
Schools
House colours, year-group sizing and a top team that wants names and numbers, often across football, cricket and athletics at once.
Gyms And Studios
Staff and member apparel with the venue's branding, plus gym wear and leggings for a retail shelf.
Sportswear Brands
Independent labels testing a first drop with a low minimum before committing to volume. See private label.
Workplace And Event Teams
Company tournaments, fun runs and corporate leagues that need one matched set, printed with a sponsor or company mark.
Heat Decides The Fabric Before Style Does.
Summer temperatures across the Gulf are among the highest anywhere that people play organised sport, which is why a lot of training and matches move to the evening or to floodlit and indoor venues. Kit worn in those conditions has to move sweat off the skin, dry quickly and not feel heavy by the second half.
In practice that means a light knit rather than a heavy one, vented panels where the sport allows, and sublimated colour that is part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on top of it. Sublimation does not crack or peel the way a thick plastisol print can, and it holds its shade through the frequent washing that hot-weather kit gets. Our fabric weight guide explains how to read the numbers.
We do not claim a cooling or UV rating for any fabric unless it has actually been tested to one. If your school or club needs a specific standard, say so in your first message and we will tell you what is realistic.
Sialkot To The Gulf

Bulk And Dispatch

What To Check Before You Order.
Shipping: goods leave Pakistan by air or sea, and we quote the options per order so you can compare. Price and transit time depend on weight, volume and route, so we do not print figures here. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Import clearance: duties, taxes and documentation requirements differ by country and by product, and they change. Check your local import requirements; we prepare the commercial invoice and packing list, and unless the quotation says otherwise the buyer or their forwarder handles clearance.
Payment: by bank transfer or Wise against an official quotation or invoice, never by card. Read how to pay a clothing manufacturer safely and our shipping policy.

Common Questions.
Which Gulf and Middle East countries do you supply?
We take orders from clubs, academies, gyms, schools and brands in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and from buyers elsewhere in the region. Everything is made in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan and shipped from there. We do not have a local office, showroom or warehouse in the Gulf, so there is no local stock to buy from.
What is the minimum order?
Bulk orders start at 20 pieces per design, counted across all sizes. Samples have no minimum, so a single shirt can be made and checked for fabric, fit and colour before you commit to a squad order.
Who handles customs and import clearance?
We ship from Pakistan, and unless the quotation says otherwise the buyer or their freight forwarder handles import clearance at their end. Rules and charges differ by country and product, so check your local import requirements before you order. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list for every shipment.
What do shipping cost and delivery time look like?
Shipping is quoted per order once we know the weight, volume and route, and tracking is provided after dispatch. Production lead times are about 8–10 days for a sample and about ~18 days for bulk after approvals, with freight on top. We do not promise a delivery date, because carriers and customs set that.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or Wise, against an official quotation or invoice. We do not take card payments. True Fit Sportswear (Private) Limited is registered with SECP (CUIN 0362653); the company registration and verification pages show how to check us before you send anything. More detail is on our payment options page.
Can kit be made for hot weather?
Yes. Most Gulf orders are lightweight, breathable knit polyester with sublimated colour, which keeps its shade through frequent washing. We will talk through fabric weight and ventilation with you and make a sample first. We do not publish cooling or UV-protection ratings for fabrics, so if you need a tested specification, tell us at the start.
Can I see my order while it is being made?
Yes. Every order gets a private live tracking page with photos from the factory floor and design approvals before cutting. Here is how it works.
