Football Kit For Academies That Train After Sunset.
In much of the Gulf, serious football happens when the sun goes down: floodlit pitches, evening training blocks and indoor courts, with kit that has to survive heat, sweat and frequent washing. We make match kits, goalkeeper sets and training wear in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, sized and packed for your squad.
Five Pieces To Plan Together.
An academy rarely needs just a shirt. Planning the whole set in one conversation keeps the colours matched and lets you split the cost across a season.
- Match shirt and shorts: home and away in your club colours, with crest and sponsor marks.
- Socks: see our accessories page for team socks and add-ons.
- Goalkeeper set: a contrasting shirt and bottoms, designed so keepers stand out from both teams.
- Training top: lighter or simpler than the match shirt, often in a second colour.
- Training bibs and warm-ups: for sessions, travel and the sideline.
What Hot, Humid Football Asks Of A Shirt.
| Problem | What we recommend |
|---|---|
| Sweat and heat build-up | A light polyester knit with moisture-moving properties, and mesh panels under the arms or across the back if the design allows. |
| Colour fade from frequent washing | Sublimation, which is dyed into the fabric rather than printed on top, so it will not crack or peel. |
| Dark shirts that run hot | Talk to us about mixing a dark base with lighter panels, and check how your shade reads under floodlights on the sample. |
| Growing juniors | Plan the size run per age group and read our youth versus adult sizing guide before you finalise numbers. |

Common Questions.
Can one design run across every age group in the academy?
Yes. One design can span small junior sizes through to adult, and the 20-piece minimum counts per design across all sizes, not per size. Send the number of players in each age group and we will build the size list from that.
Do you make goalkeeper kit in a different colour?
Yes. Goalkeeper shirts and bottoms are separate designs, so each one has its own minimum, but they can be sampled, approved and tracked alongside the outfield kit so the whole set looks like one programme.
Is sublimated kit comfortable for summer football?
It can be. Comfort comes mostly from the fabric weight and knit, not the print. We recommend a light polyester knit for hot-weather matches and a sample to test in your own conditions. We do not quote cooling or UV figures for fabrics.
How should we handle names and numbers?
Send a list with each player's name spelling, number and size, in whichever scripts you need. Names and numbers can be sublimated into the shirt in the same pass or applied by heat transfer. The placement is shown on your tracking page before cutting.
What about shipping and customs?
We ship from Pakistan. Shipping is quoted per order and tracking is provided. Unless agreed otherwise on the quotation, the buyer or their forwarder handles import clearance, so check your local import requirements. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list.
How long does a football kit order take?
A sample takes about 8–10 days and bulk about ~18 days after approvals, before freight. For a season opener, work backwards and leave real slack for transit and clearance.
