We ship from Pakistan. Air freight can arrive through Hamad International Airport, and sea freight through Hamad Port. Price and transit time are quoted per order and tracking is provided. Unless agreed otherwise on the quotation, the buyer or their forwarder handles import clearance; check your local import requirements. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list.

Do you have a local office or stock in Qatar?
No. Everything is made at our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan and shipped from there, so each order is made to your design. Shipping is quoted per order with tracking provided.
How does the time difference work?
Doha is two hours behind Pakistan, so messages you send during the day reach the factory during its working hours. Photos and approvals sit on your tracking page, so you are not tied to a call.
Can a community team with mixed sizes order together?
Yes. One design can cover a range of sizes, and the 20-piece minimum is counted across all of them, not per size.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or Wise against an official quotation or invoice. We do not take card payments.
