What To Know Before You Order.
Fabric, By Sport
Football, basketball and training kits generally use a lightweight, breathable mesh interlock so players stay cool over 90 minutes. American football uniforms move to a heavier stretch-woven fabric that can handle padding and higher-contact wear. Streetwear-style team sets are built closer to standard activewear fabric than performance mesh. As with everything we produce, exact weight and stretch are set from your tech pack, not a fixed catalog choice.
Decoration & Construction
Full sublimation is the standard across teamwear — it's the only method that handles unlimited colours, gradients and sponsor logos across a full kit without adding weight or texture. Numbering is sublimated in with the rest of the design rather than applied separately, so it doesn't peel. Crests and wordmarks that need a more premium, raised finish are embroidered instead. American football uniforms get reinforced stitching around the padding inserts, since that's the highest-stress point on the garment.
Rosters & Sizing
Every kit is produced, sized and packed per player against your roster — not shipped as a box of mixed sizes. Mixed youth and adult rosters (common on school and alumni programs) are handled in one order; see our youth vs. adult sizing guide for how that affects sizing and MOQ.
MOQ & Lead Times
Bulk MOQ is 20 pieces per style, with zero MOQ on samples — so a small club or a first-year program can order the same way a larger one does. Roughly 8–10 days for a sample and ~18 days for bulk once you've approved it, though full-kit orders with numbering and multiple pattern pieces sit toward the longer end.
