1. Who We Are

True Fit Sportswear is a custom sportswear and activewear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. These terms apply to every quote, sample and bulk order placed with us through our website, WhatsApp, or email, unless we've agreed something different with you in writing for a specific order.

2. Quotes & Orders

A quote is an estimate based on the information available at the time — fabric, decoration method, quantity and construction all affect the final price, so a quote can change if your spec changes after it's given. An order is only confirmed once we've agreed the spec, quantity and price with you directly, typically over WhatsApp or email — a quote alone is not a confirmed order.

3. Samples

We recommend a sample before every bulk order, and don't apply a minimum order quantity to samples. Sample fees, where applicable, will be confirmed with you before we begin — once we've started cutting or producing a sample, that cost is committed and is not refundable, since real fabric and labour have gone into it. Bulk production does not begin until you've approved your sample in writing (a WhatsApp or email confirmation is sufficient).

4. Bulk Orders & Minimum Quantities

Our bulk minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 pieces per style/design, as described in our MOQ guide. Bulk production begins only after your sample is approved and payment terms for that order have been agreed.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed with you before production begins — this typically involves a deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment. Exact terms for your order will be confirmed directly with you; nothing in this general policy overrides the specific payment terms you've agreed for your order.

6. Production & Lead Times

Typical lead times are around ~10 days for a sample and ~18 days for bulk production once a sample is approved, as set out in our production timeline guide. These are estimates based on normal conditions — fabric availability, order complexity, and holiday or peak-season scheduling can extend them, and we'll flag any expected delay as soon as we're aware of it.

7. Shipping

Shipping is arranged separately from production and is covered in full in our Shipping Policy, including freight options and responsibility for customs duties.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms — including what happens if you cancel before or after production has started — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Designs & Intellectual Property

Any design, artwork, logo or tech pack you provide remains your property. We use it only to produce your order and do not reuse your specific design for another customer's order without your permission. Where our team develops a design with you (ODM), the finished design is yours to use once your order is complete, as agreed between us.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales or missed launch dates) arising from a delay or issue with production or shipping, except where that limitation isn't permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where our facility is based. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
