Reorder Guide

How To Reorder Custom Sportswear Without Starting Over.

What to keep from your first order, what is worth rechecking, and how the Reorder button on your tracking page turns a finished order into a new quotation.

Why A Repeat Order Should Be Easier Than The First

The short answer: open your private tracking page, press Reorder for the whole order or for single items, confirm the quantities, sizes and any changes with the team, then accept the new quotation. Bulk MOQ is still 20 pieces per style, and a repeat run typically takes about 18 working days after confirmation. The rest of this guide covers what to keep from the first order, what you can change without starting a new sample round, and what to check before you reorder.

The first order is where the hard decisions get made: the cut, the fabric, the decoration, the colors and the sizes. All of that has been tested on a real garment by the time your order ships. A reorder should reuse those decisions instead of reopening them, so the conversation can focus on what is actually new: quantity, size mix and timing.

That only works if the details are written down somewhere. The more of your approved specification you can point to, the shorter the reorder conversation becomes, and the less chance there is that a repeat run drifts away from the one you approved.

What To Keep After Your First Order

Keep your own copy of the following, and send it again with your reorder request. Do not assume that anyone else is holding it for you.

  • The approved sample record: your written approval message, plus the photos and videos shared during sampling
  • Artwork files: logos and graphics in the original vector format, plus the final placement and size notes
  • Color references: swatch photos, color codes or any reference you gave for each color
  • Size breakdown: how many pieces of each size you ordered, and how each size sold
  • The specification: fabric, weight, decoration methods, labels and packaging as confirmed
  • Order references: your invoice number (it begins with TF#) and the email you ordered with

Your designs, artwork and logos stay your property and are not reused for another order without your permission, which is another reason to keep your own master copies.

What Can Change Between Orders, And What Should Not

Some changes are routine. Quantities go up or down, the size mix shifts once you know what sold, and you may add or drop individual items. Those are the details to confirm when you reorder.

Other changes alter the garment itself: a new color, a different fabric or weight, a revised logo or a moved placement. If you want something different from what was approved, that is a new sample round on standard terms. Say so at the start, so it is not discovered halfway through production.

One more general point, true of any manufacturer: fabric and dye come in batches, and a repeat run can show a slight shade difference from the first. Compare the new delivery against your approved sample and photos, and tell the team straight away if something looks off. Our quality control checklist shows what to check on arrival.

Review The First Run Before You Reorder

A reorder is the easiest moment to fix a problem you already know about, so spend ten minutes reviewing the first run before you ask for a quotation. Go through these questions:

  • Which sizes sold out first, and which are still sitting on the shelf?
  • Did customers or players comment on fit, length, fabric feel or print durability?
  • Did any detail on the delivered pieces differ from the approved sample?
  • Is there a new color or item you now want to add alongside the repeat styles?

Write the answers into your reorder message. If a detail needs correcting, you have a clear reason to ask for it, and the team can tell you whether it changes the quotation or needs a new sample round. If nothing needs changing, say that too, so the conversation can stay short.

Using The Reorder Button On Your Tracking Page

Every order has its own private tracking page. After the order ships, that page has a Reorder button, and you can use it for the whole order or for single items. The steps are simple:

  1. Open your private tracking page, or look it up on the order lookup page with your invoice number and the email you ordered with
  2. Press Reorder and choose the whole order or the items you want again
  3. The team confirms the details with you, including quantities, sizes and anything that has changed
  4. A new quotation follows, and once you accept it you receive a new invoice with its own TF# number

The page itself is explained on our order tracking page, and you can click through a live example on the tracking demo. If you cannot find your page, email info@truefitsportswear.com or message us on WhatsApp with the original invoice number.

Minimums And Quantities On A Repeat Order

Bulk MOQ stays at 20 pieces per style. It is counted per style, not per size, so you can spread those pieces across whatever size mix suits your latest sales. A new style on the same order needs its own 20 pieces. Our MOQ guide explains why the minimum exists, and our sizing guide helps you adjust the size split using your first run's results.

One detail is easy to miss: the sample-fee credit applies only to the first bulk order of a style, and only when that order is 50 pieces or more. It does not repeat on later orders. Pricing for a reorder, like any order, depends on the exact specification and is confirmed in a written quotation.

Timeline For A Repeat Bulk Order

Treat a reorder as having the same shape as the bulk stage of your first order: typically about 18 working days after confirmation, counted Monday to Friday and excluding Pakistani public holidays, with the quotation confirming the dates for your order. Do not plan on it being faster, and let the team tell you if anything shortens it.

Shipping is separate. We choose the courier and route, usually DHL or FedEx. Air suits smaller or urgent runs; sea freight takes longer and works out cheaper per unit for larger runs, which makes it a sensible choice for a planned restock. Place the reorder before you run low, and see our production timeline guide and shipping policy for the full picture. For a roster that changes each season, our team uniform ordering guide shows how to plan it.

What This Means At True Fit

  • The tracking page Reorder button covers the whole order or single items; the team then confirms the details and sends a new quotation
  • Bulk MOQ is 20 pieces per style
  • Bulk typically takes about 18 working days; shipping time is separate and never guaranteed
  • Bulk orders need a minimum 50% deposit and the balance before shipment, paid only against an official invoice (see payment options)
  • If something is wrong because of our error, we remake it free of charge; you cover shipping on the redo

See the process page for the whole journey, or contact the team to start a repeat order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reorder just some items from an earlier order?

Yes. After an order ships, your private tracking page has a Reorder button that works for the whole order or for single items. Once you use it, the team confirms the details with you and a new quotation follows.

Is the minimum order the same on a repeat order?

Yes. Bulk MOQ is 20 pieces per style, and that applies to each style on a reorder just as it did the first time. You can change the size mix inside a style, and adding a new style means meeting the minimum for that style too.

What if I want to change the color, fabric or design on a reorder?

If you want something different from what was approved, that is a new sample round on standard terms. Tell the team exactly what changes when you reorder so the quotation reflects it. Changing only quantities or the size breakdown is a simpler conversation.

How long does a repeat bulk order take?

Plan around the same baseline as a first bulk order: typically about 18 working days after confirmation, counted Monday to Friday and excluding Pakistani public holidays. This is an estimate, confirmed per order, and shipping time is separate and never guaranteed.
