A Football Kit Manufacturer For The Club That Runs On Volunteers.
Most UK football kit orders don't come from a professional academy — they come from a Sunday league side, a school team, or a mini-soccer club affiliated to its County FA and run by a handful of volunteer coaches and committee members. We quote and produce for that club the same way we'd quote a bigger one: a 20-piece minimum, no minimum at all on the sample, and shirts sublimated to your exact colours and badge.
One Club, One County FA, A Lot Of Different Squad Sizes.
Every grassroots club in England affiliates annually to its local County FA under The FA. In practice that means a single club can be ordering kit for several very different age groups and formats at once — which is exactly where a generic "one size fits the badge" kit run falls down.
Mini-Soccer (U7–U10)
Small-sided 5v5 and 7v7 formats on shorter pitches. Shirts are cut and sized for younger players, not scaled-down adult stock.
Youth & Junior (U11–U18)
Larger-sided formats stepping up toward the full 11-a-side game, usually the age range with the biggest squad numbers and highest kit turnover.
Adult & Veterans
Sunday league and 11-a-side adult teams — often the same club's first team, ordering separately from its junior sections.
The FA's grassroots framework is also moving further toward smaller-sided formats at younger age groups over the 2026/27 season, with a staggered rollout across County FAs and leagues — worth flagging to us at quote stage if your age-group format is changing, since it can affect squad size and therefore how many kits to order.

Two Points In The Season Clubs Usually Order.
Pre-Season, April–June
The UK grassroots season typically runs from August through to May, so most clubs sample and confirm a new kit design in spring, ahead of pre-season training in July and August. Ordering in this window gives the most room for a sample-then-bulk cycle before the first fixture.
Mid-Season Top-Up, November–January
The second common order point is a mid-season top-up — new squad members, growth-spurt resizes for younger age groups, or a training kit reorder heading into the second half of the season.
Common Questions.
We're a volunteer-run club, not a big academy — can we still order?
Yes — this is who most of our UK football orders come from. Zero MOQ on samples and a 20-piece bulk minimum are both set specifically so a single grassroots or school team can order without needing an academy-sized budget.
Can you size shirts correctly for mini-soccer age groups?
Yes. Mini-soccer and youth shirts are cut and sized for the actual age group ordering, not an adult cut scaled down, and every kit is packed per player against your squad list.
Can you match our club badge and sponsor logo exactly?
Yes. Everything is sublimated in-house, so badge, colours, sponsor branding and player numbers are matched exactly to your design rather than a stock colourway.
How long from order to delivery?
Sampling typically takes about ~10 days once your design is confirmed. Bulk production runs about ~18 days after sample approval, shipped by air or sea depending on how close you are to your season start.
Do you also produce rugby or cricket kit for the same club?
Yes — several UK clubs run football alongside a rugby section or a summer cricket team, and order both from us against the same club identity.
