Gym Wear For UK Brands That Launch In Drops, Not In Warehouses.
Many UK fitness labels start with a social following, a personal-training business or a studio community, and grow by releasing small collections and selling out. That model rewards short runs and fast reorders over large stockrooms. We build gym wear in-house in Sialkot with no minimum on samples and 20 pieces per design for bulk, so a first release can be a handful of styles rather than a full catalogue.
Pick The Construction Before You Pick The Colours.
It shapes the look, the price, the minimum and how fit is adjusted. Decide with a sample in your hands.
Cut-And-Sew
Fabric panels are cut and stitched. It supports colour-blocking, panelled leggings, pockets, mesh inserts, bespoke prints and fine adjustments to fit. It is what our factory does in-house, and it is the usual route for a first collection.
- Easier to adjust fit between samples.
- Full-colour sublimation possible.
- Wide range of fabrics.
Seamless Knit
The garment is knitted to shape, usually with few or no side seams. It gives a smooth, body-mapped look, but works within the limits of the knitting machine and yarn. If you want it, tell us at quote stage and we will explain in writing how it would be produced.
- Smooth appearance with fewer seams.
- Fewer options for panelling.
- A different production process, so ask about quantities.
Five Pieces That Make A First Release.
A capsule is a small, coordinated set designed to be bought together. A typical one starts with a legging and a sports bra in the same fabric, adds a fitted top, a short, and one layering piece. Everything shares a colour story so photographs look consistent and customers can mix pieces.
Colour decisions are where drops go wrong. Fewer colours mean fewer sizes to hold, and a dark core with one accent is easier to reorder than a full rainbow. Test any pale colour for opacity before approving it.
Our gym wear manufacturing guide goes deeper into fabric and fit, and the UK private label page explains hangtags and polybags for a retail-ready release.
Layering For Cold Mornings And Indoor Sessions.
Warm-Up Layers
Many UK customers train in cold, damp conditions on the way to and from a session. Hoodies, joggers and light jackets in the same colours as the leggings sell as part of a set. See joggers.
Studio And Staff Wear
Instructor tops and member merchandise in the studio logo. Ordered as a sample first, then repeated for new staff. See gyms and studios.
Compression And Base Layers
For lifting, running or outdoor sessions. See compression wear, and check fit across sizes on the sample.
Plan size runs with the size guide, start with a sample, and follow progress on a private tracking page with photos.
Common Questions.
We are an influencer with an audience but no clothing experience. Where do we start?
Start with one sample of one hero piece, then decide. A sketch, a reference garment and a clear idea of your customer are enough for a first conversation. We help turn that into a pattern and a tech pack, and the sample has no minimum.
Can we do a small drop and then reorder what sells?
Yes. Bulk starts at 20 pieces per design. Many fitness brands launch two or three styles in a short colour range, watch what customers reorder and then add. A saved tech pack makes the reorder quicker to quote.
Can you do seamless gym wear?
Our core in-house work is cut-and-sew. Seamless is a knitted-to-shape process on different machines, so ask us at quote stage and we will say plainly how it would be made, and sampled, before you commit to anything.
Can we make staff uniforms for our gym or studio?
Yes. Staff tops, hoodies and joggers with your logo are a common first order, and a gym can sample before the full run. See our gyms and studios page.
What about customs and VAT?
Check your local import requirements. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list for every shipment, quote shipping per order and provide tracking.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or Wise, against an official quotation or invoice. We do not take card payments. You can check our business verification before you pay.
