Custom Joggers, Tapered The Way You Draw Them.
Fleece, french terry and lightweight woven joggers with ribbed cuffs or open hems, drawcord waists and pockets that sit flat. Send a pair you like or a flat sketch and we sample the taper before anything goes to bulk.
What We Make.
Fleece Joggers
Brushed-back inside, smooth outside. The winter option, usually paired with a matching hoodie.
French Terry Joggers
Loop-back knit with a drier hand. Cooler to wear, so better for spring, summer and indoor gyms.
Woven Track Joggers
Lightweight polyester shell with a mesh or tricot lining, for warm-ups and travel.
Open-Hem Sweatpants
Straight leg with no cuff, for a relaxed or streetwear silhouette.
Slim Taper Training Joggers
Narrow ankle and a shorter rise, aimed at lifting and conditioning sessions.
What To Know Before You Order.
Choosing The Cloth
Heavier fleece gives joggers a premium drape but pills and bags faster at the knee if the yarn is poor, so we show you the cloth before we cut. French terry is the safer choice for a brand selling in warm markets. For a woven pair, a lining stops the polyester sticking to bare legs. Whichever you pick, the weight is written into your spec so the bulk matches the sample.
Waist, Rise & Taper
Most complaints about joggers come from the rise and the waistband, not the leg. A waist with an elastic casing and a flat drawcord sits better than elastic alone, and a belt-loop-style tape inside stops the cord disappearing. We grade the taper by size, so a size XL does not just get a bigger copy of the small leg opening.
Branding Placement
Joggers carry small branding well: an embroidered mark on the thigh, a heat-transfer logo down the leg or a woven label at the hem. Keep prints away from the pocket opening and the knee crease, where they crack first. Sublimation is available on woven pairs; on fleece or terry we steer you towards embroidery or screen print.
Quantities & Timing
Ask for one sample pair first, with no minimum; it arrives in about 8–10 days, so you can test the waist and taper on a real wearer. A bulk run of 20 pieces or more per design then takes around ~18 days from your approval. Matching hoodies or a jacket can be briefed in the same colour palette, and your order gets a private tracking page with photos.
Common Questions.
Which fabric should I choose for joggers?
It depends on the season you are selling into. Brushed fleece gives warmth and a soft inside, french terry is lighter and breathes better, and a woven polyester shell suits a track-style pair. We set the weight from your spec rather than quoting a fixed default.
Should the leg end in a cuff or stay open?
A ribbed cuff gives the tapered look and holds the leg in place, but it needs to be wide enough to pull over a sports shoe. An open hem is simpler and hangs straighter, though length matters more because there is nothing to gather it. Tell us which one you want and the inseam you are aiming for.
What kind of pockets can joggers have?
Side-seam pockets are the usual build, with zipped pockets as an option for gym use where a key or phone might fall out. A back pocket can be added too. Pocket-bag fabric and depth are part of the spec, not a fixed default.
What measurements do you need from me?
A pair that already fits well is the best reference. Lay it flat and send waist (relaxed), rise, thigh, knee, hem opening and inseam, or send our tech pack template filled in. Our size guide helps with the grading across sizes.
How soon can I see a sample and then bulk?
A first sample is generally ready in about 8–10 days from the point the fabric and measurements are agreed, with no minimum quantity. Once you sign it off, a bulk run of 20 pieces or more per design takes roughly ~18 days.
