Custom Tracksuits, Matched From Zip To Hem.
Two-piece tracksuits where the jacket and the pants are planned together, so stripe lines, panel colours and logo positions agree when a whole squad walks out in them.
What We Make.
Zip Tracksuit Jackets
Full-zip tops with a stand collar, side pockets and a choice of ribbed, elasticated or straight hem.
Tapered And Straight-Leg Pants
Drawcord waist, side pockets and either a ribbed ankle cuff or a zipped open hem that slides over a trainer.
Matched Two-Piece Sets
Jacket and pants drawn up as one design, then checked against each other on the sample before bulk is cut.
Panelled & Sublimated Tracksuits
Colour-blocked shoulders, side bands or all-over graphics printed onto the pattern pieces so the design carries across seams.
Half-Zip Track Tops
A pullover top with a short zip, for squads that want a lighter walk-out layer than a full jacket.
What To Know Before You Order.
Choosing The Cloth
Tricot is a smooth warp-knit polyester that drapes well and takes sublimation cleanly, which is why it dominates club and walk-out sets. Fleece-backed fabrics trade that sheen for warmth. A woven shell sits between a track set and a windbreaker. Tell us the climate and the use, and we will propose the cloth instead of defaulting to one. See our jackets category if the top is the main piece.
Zips, Pockets & Hems
The zip is the part customers feel every day, so its type (metal, coil or moulded) and puller are chosen from your spec, with a fabric guard at the collar so the slider does not rub the chin. Pocket openings are bar-tacked where the stress sits. On the pants, a ribbed cuff stays snug and a zipped open hem lets the leg break cleanly over a shoe. Mixing the two across a squad is a common source of complaints, so decide once.
Decoration That Lasts
Embroidery suits a chest crest, though slippery tricot needs a stabiliser behind it or the stitching puckers. Sublimation handles panels and side bands. Heat-transfer is the practical route for individual names or numbers on the back. Screen print works for a single-colour mark on a shell. If you are unsure which route fits your artwork, compare options on our process page.
What To Send Us
A reference tracksuit or clear photos, your logo as vector artwork, colour references, and a size list that splits top and bottom. We make the sample in Sialkot, in about 8–10 days, and bulk follows in about ~18 days after approval. Every order gets a private tracking page with photos as it moves through the factory, and sets are shipped worldwide. Team buyers can also look at the wider teamwear range.
Common Questions.
Which fabric suits a tracksuit?
It depends on where the set will be worn. Polyester tricot gives the smooth, slightly glossy finish of a classic track set, brushed poly-cotton fleece suits colder weather and leisure use, and a light woven shell works for warm-ups that need to pack small. Weight and blend are set from your spec.
Can the jacket and pants be ordered in different sizes?
Yes. Tops and bottoms are graded separately, so a squad list can show a medium jacket with a large pant for the same person. Send both sizes against each name and each set is packed together.
How do you keep stripes and logos lined up across the two pieces?
Positions are drawn once on the tech pack for both garments, then checked on the sample with the jacket and pants worn together. If a sleeve band and a leg band are meant to read as one line, that is where we catch it being a few centimetres off.
What is the minimum order for tracksuits?
You can order a single sample set and wear-test it before committing to a roster. Beyond the sample, bulk is 20 pieces per design.
How long does a tracksuit order take?
Plan on about 8–10 days for the first sample set once fabric and design are fixed. Full production takes about ~18 days from the approved sample.
