Custom Windbreakers, Cut Light And Branded Clean.
Lightweight shell jackets and half-zip anoraks for teams, schools and brands. We work out how your logo behaves on thin fabric during sampling, which is where most windbreaker orders hit trouble.

What To Know Before You Order.
Shell Fabric Options
The cloth decides how a windbreaker looks and sounds: a crisp taffeta rustles, ripstop adds a grid texture and resists snagging, and a softer woven polyester drapes more quietly. A mesh lining adds a bit of airflow and keeps the shell off the skin. We specify the fabric and lining together, since the combination changes weight and how the jacket folds.
Seams, Zips & Closures
On a lightweight shell the details do the work: a zip with a chin guard, an inner storm flap that blocks the wind at the zip line, and cuffs that elasticate rather than flare. Seams are stitched, with flatlock available on colour-block panel joins. Bar-tacks go at pocket corners where a thin fabric would otherwise tear.
Logos On Thin Fabric
A heavy chest logo can make a light jacket hang badly, so we keep embroidery small or backed properly, and prefer heat transfer or sublimation for large artwork. Sleeve and back prints need testing for ink crack on the hem. If a water-resistant treatment is on your spec, mention it before artwork is approved, as it can affect how prints bond.
Sampling To Bulk
Start with one sample, no minimum, in about 8–10 days. Bulk, from 20 pieces per design, follows in around ~18 days after approval. If you also want heavier outerwear, see our full jackets range. Every order gets a private tracking page with factory photos.
Common Questions.
Are your windbreakers waterproof?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. A windbreaker is a light shell that cuts wind. Our seams are not taped, so we do not describe them as waterproof. If you need a water-resistant coating, you can ask for it and specify it yourself, and we will confirm what is practical on the fabric you chose.
What fabrics do windbreakers use?
Usually nylon or polyester in a plain, taffeta-type or ripstop weave, sometimes with a mesh or tricot lining. Weight and finish are chosen against your spec, because a thinner shell packs smaller but wears out quicker at the elbows.
Can you embroider on a thin shell?
Yes, but it needs a stabiliser behind the stitching or the fabric puckers. Heat transfer and screen print are lighter alternatives, and polyester shells can also be sublimated all over. We test your artwork on the real fabric at sample stage.
What goes in the pocket and hem details?
You can choose zipped hand pockets, a chest pocket, an inside stash pocket, a drawcord hem or elastic hem, and a plain or storm-flap front. Zip type, puller and flap are part of the spec sheet we confirm before cutting.
What quantity and timing should I plan for?
Samples carry no minimum and normally take about 8–10 days. Bulk starts at 20 per design and takes roughly ~18 days from approval. Windbreakers with several colour panels may need the upper end, so mention the panel count early.
