What To Know Before You Order.
Match The Garment To The Wearer
A sales team on the road, a warehouse crew and a conference host want very different clothes. Think about how often it is worn, how it is washed and whether it is worn under a jacket. We would rather talk through those habits at the start than fix a hot, stiff or shrinking shirt after delivery.
Choosing The Decoration
Embroidery gives a premium look on polos and jackets, screen printing is economical for a one or two colour logo across many tees, and sublimation suits an all-over brand pattern on polyester. Heat transfer handles names and numbers. Ask for the method on a sample and see how it feels, not just how it looks.
Brand Colour & Consistency
Corporate colours are exacting, so supply Pantone references and approve a physical sample before the bulk run. Embroidery thread is matched to the nearest shade in range, and printed colours are checked against your swatch. Note that screen colours and dyed cloth rarely match perfectly.
Planning Orders Through The Year
Many companies place one large launch order and then small top-ups. Batch your reorders by season to keep colour consistent, and keep an overage of common sizes. For team sport sponsorship kit see teamwear, and for hooded staff layers visit hoodies. To begin, order a sample from the samples page or discuss the plan via contact.
Common Questions.
Is this the same quality as a supply from a promo-merch reseller?
You deal with the factory that cuts and stitches the garments, so there is no layer of middlemen between you and the pattern. That means you can adjust fit, fabric and trims at the sample, which resellers working from a catalogue cannot offer.
Can we reorder later and get the same shirt?
Yes. A reorder starts from the approved sample and the specification agreed on your first order, so fit and decoration stay put. Dye batches can vary slightly between runs, so tell us if exact brand colour matters and we will check a swatch with you before cutting.
How do you handle a mixed size and role list?
Send a spreadsheet listing person, role, size and garment. We total it into a cut plan so each size is produced from the same fabric roll where possible, which helps colour match between sizes.
Can you add our own labels and packaging?
Woven neck labels, printed inside-neck marks and individual polybags are all possible under our private label service, which is useful if the clothing is a gift or retail item.
What are the minimums and the timeline?
There is no minimum for a sample, and a bulk run begins at 20 pieces per design. Expect around 8–10 days for a sample and about ~18 days for bulk after approval, so campaigns tied to a date should start early.
