What To Know Before You Order.
Built For The Laundry
A hospitality uniform is washed far more often than a retail garment, so colour fastness, shrinkage and seam strength matter more than a soft hand-feel. We recommend washing the sample several times at your laundry temperature before approving it, and checking collar shape and button security afterwards.
Aprons: Straps, Pockets & Ties
Strap design is the detail staff notice most. A neck strap that digs causes complaints, so adjustable or cross-back straps are worth discussing. Pocket depth, divided sections and a loop for a towel are all configurable, and the apron body is stitched with bar tacks where pockets meet the cloth.
Look, Colour & Brand Fit
Guests judge a venue partly by its staff, so the garment should suit the room: crisp shirts for a hotel dining room, relaxed polos for a cafe. Share photos of the space and your logo, and we will suggest cloth and colour combinations. Approve the shade on a physical swatch, not a screen.
Ordering And Re-Ordering
Turnover in hospitality is high, so order extra sizes and plan to top up each season. See polo shirts for polo construction and jackets for outdoor layers, and use the size guide to collect staff sizes accurately. Send a brief on the contact page or request a sample at samples.
Common Questions.
What fabric suits aprons that get splashed daily?
Cotton twill and polyester-cotton blends are favoured because they take frequent hot washing and hide marks. A dark shade conceals sauce and coffee. We do not claim any water-repellent or stain-proof treatment unless you specify a fabric and supply its data.
Can each venue or role have a different colour?
Yes. A hotel group might use one shade for the restaurant, another for the bar and a third for housekeeping. Provide the groups and headcounts, and we cut each colourway as a separate design within the order.
How should we place the logo on an apron?
A centred chest mark suits a bib apron, and a small hip mark suits a waist apron. Embroidery lasts through repeated laundering, while a screen print is suitable for a larger, simpler mark.
Can I start with a few sets for a new venue?
A sample can be one piece, and bulk begins at 20 pieces per design, so a single cafe can often reach the minimum by adding shirts and aprons together if they share one design.
How long until staff can wear them?
Plan about 8–10 days for a sample and about ~18 days for production afterwards. New venues should order ahead of the opening date to leave time for corrections.
