Custom Cycling Jerseys, Pockets Included.
Club, event and brand cycling jerseys in race fit, long sleeve and relaxed mountain-bike cuts. This page is about the jersey itself: pocket depth, zip length, hem grip and a back panel that is longer than the front.
What We Make.
Race-Fit Club Jerseys
Close cut, short sleeve, full or three-quarter zip, three rear pockets.
Long-Sleeve Jerseys
Same pattern with full sleeves for spring and autumn rides.
Relaxed MTB Jerseys
Looser, shorter-in-front shirts with a round neck or short zip.
Women's-Cut Jerseys
A narrower shoulder and a shaped waist, with adjusted pocket height.
Event & Sponsor Jerseys
One design across a whole event field, often with a sponsor panel on the back.
What To Know Before You Order.
Cut In The Saddle
A cycling jersey is shaped for a rider leaning forward, so the back is longer than the front and the sleeves angle for arms on bars. If the pattern is based on a regular tee, the front bunches and the back lifts to expose the lower spine. We cut from a cycling block and check hem drop on the sample.
Zip, Collar & Pocket Build
A full-length zip gives the most ventilation but sits against the chin, so a soft zip garage is worth adding. The collar should be low and stretchy. Pockets are sewn across the rear panel; keep the seams reinforced where the pockets meet the side, since a bottle of weight pulls there.
Sublimation & Sponsor Layout
Sublimation lets club artwork and sponsor logos run across seams, but the zip line breaks any design that sits centrally on the front. Keep text off the side seams and the pocket tops. Sponsor positioning on the back should be planned around the pocket height, as items in the pockets bulge and distort the lettering.
Fit Testing & Reorders
Order one jersey first, ride in it, then tell us what to adjust. The sample (no minimum) is around 8–10 days; the bulk run, 20 pieces and up per design, is roughly ~18 days once approved. Ask about matching socks and caps, and follow progress on your private tracking page.
Common Questions.
How is this different from your cycling kit page?
The cycling kit page covers the whole set, including shorts and jackets. This page is only about the jersey: cut, zip, pockets, hem and print. Many clubs order both.
What are the pocket options?
Three rear pockets is the standard layout, with an optional zipped fourth pocket for keys or cards. Pocket depth and elastic top edge are specified by you, because a loose pocket sags with a full load of food and layers.
What does a hem gripper do?
It is a silicone strip or printed band inside the hem that holds the jersey from riding up. It can be added on request. Check it on the sample, because over-strong grip leaves marks on bare skin.
Which size should we order?
Race-fit jerseys are cut close and run smaller than a normal sports tee, so riders often go up a size. Our size guide includes fitted garment charts. A sample on a rider in the saddle is the best check.
What is the minimum order for a club jersey run?
A sample jersey carries no minimum and typically takes about 8–10 days from the agreed design. Bulk starts at 20 per design and generally needs ~18 days after approval.
