What To Know Before You Order.
Gusset And Split-Side Design
A diamond gusset in the crotch and an open or curved side split let a fighter throw a high kick without tearing a seam. The split length is a trade-off: longer for movement, shorter for modesty and grip.
Stitching That Holds
Flatlock stitching keeps seams flat for comfort, and key joints receive extra reinforcement. Waistband elastic is stitched and bar-tacked at the ends. The design should survive repeated washing and hard use.
Print And Branding
Sublimation delivers full-colour designs across the shorts without texture. Embroidery can add a raised badge on a waistband or leg. Keep text away from the split seams, where stretching can distort it.
Briefing Checklist
Provide your artwork as a vector file, colour references, intended length and sponsor list. Frequent mistakes are leaving out the waist closure choice. Our samples page explains how to trial one pair first, and the wider boxing and MMA gear range covers the rest of fight camp kit.
Common Questions.
Why avoid pockets and zips on fight shorts?
Hard hardware can injure a training partner or catch a finger, and many events restrict it. We use soft waistbands and keep the design clean.
What fabric do you use?
A four-way stretch polyester or poly-elastane that takes sublimation well and recovers quickly. Weight and stretch come from your spec.
Can we print sponsors on the shorts?
Yes. Sponsor positions are marked on the pattern and sublimated in. Please check your promotion's kit rules, since limits on size and placement vary.
How do the waistbands stay up?
A wide elastic waistband with an internal drawcord and optional hook-and-loop closure. We test with a sample to make sure the waist does not roll during grappling.
Order minimums and timings?
Samples have no minimum. Bulk starts at 20 pieces per design. A sample takes around 8–10 days and bulk around ~18 days.
