Custom Wrestling Singlets, Sublimated And Skin-Close.
Sublimated wrestling singlets, plus fight shorts and training shorts, for clubs, schools and combat gyms. A singlet is a one-piece garment worn tight, so the stretch, the leg opening and the strap width all decide whether it can be worn through a full bout.
What We Make.
Men's Singlets
One-piece sublimated singlet with a scooped neck, shaped legs and a full-colour design.
Women's Singlets
Patterned for a different torso length and bust, with adjusted strap and leg shaping.
Youth Singlets
Smaller sizes graded for growing wrestlers, with a bit of extra torso length.
Fight Shorts
Sublimated shorts with a wide waistband and split or open side seam for kicking and grappling.
Training Shorts
Lighter shorts for practice, matched to a club's singlet colours.
What To Know Before You Order.
Fit & Stretch Recovery
A singlet that sags after a few bouts costs a wrestler leverage, so recovery matters more than softness. The knit needs enough elastane to pull back, with leg openings that do not roll or dig into the thigh. We check this in both a standing and a squatting position on the sample.
Seams, Straps & Crotch
Flatlock seams keep stitching from rubbing the skin during hours on a mat. The strap width, scoop depth and rear coverage vary by cut, and a wide strap stays on the shoulder during a throw. We also reinforce the crotch gusset, since that area takes the most strain.
Sublimated Design Notes
Full sublimation allows the whole singlet to be a team design, from a side stripe to a name on the hip. Because the fabric is stretched in wear, avoid fine text that will warp over the chest. Dark colourways handle mat marks better, but check legibility of logos on them.
Shorts, Sets & Orders
Match singlets with fight or training shorts in the same colourway for a squad pack. Send a roster by weight class with the artwork. A sample singlet (no minimum) is typically ready in about 8–10 days, and bulk at 20 pieces or more per design runs roughly ~18 days after you approve it. Use the process page for what happens after you approve.
Common Questions.
Do you make wrestling shoes or headgear?
No. We make the singlet and the shorts. Headgear, shoes, mouthguards and other protective items are specialist products from other makers. For fight apparel, see our boxing and MMA gear.
What fabric is a singlet made from?
Usually a polyester and elastane stretch knit, because it takes full sublimation and recovers its shape after a stretch. The weight and elastane percentage are set from your spec, and we confirm them on the sample rather than quote a fixed figure.
How do you size a singlet?
Singlets are normally sized by height and weight, as one-piece garments have to fit torso and hips together. Send your wrestlers' height and weight range and our size guide helps map them. A sample on a real wrestler is the surest check.
Are there colour or design rules for competition?
Some events require particular colours or restrict logos and wording. We cannot check your event rules for you, so please confirm them before artwork is final. We can then build the singlet to the colours you have chosen.
What is the minimum quantity, and how long does it take?
There is no minimum on a sample, and a singlet sample generally takes about 8–10 days after the artwork is agreed. Bulk starts at 20 pieces per design and runs around ~18 days after approval.
