What To Know Before You Order.
Fabric Under Contact
League players are grabbed, dragged and driven into the ground, so the jersey fabric needs good tear resistance and shape recovery. We use a robust stretch polyester or poly-blend knit and avoid slick finishes that slip in the hands. Final weight comes from your spec.
Panels, Chevrons And Hoops
A classic design depends on clean pattern matching at the V and across the chest. We lay out the artwork per panel and check alignment on the sample. Overly detailed gradients may blur at stretch points, so keep fine graphic details away from seams.
Grading For Different Builds
A pack of forwards and a set of outside backs need different chest and torso lengths. We share a graded chart, and our size guide shows how chest, waist and length scale together.
Briefing And Checks
Send artwork, number font, sponsor positions and a sizes-by-player list. Typical mistakes are late sponsor changes and no spare sizes. Our process page describes sample approval, bulk production and live tracking.
Common Questions.
How is a rugby league jersey different from rugby union?
The sports differ in play, but for kit the key points are cut and detail. League jerseys are often cut with a V-neck and smoother panel lines, and designs usually lean on chevrons and hoops. Our rugby page covers union and general rugby kit.
Can you reinforce the shoulder and neck seams?
Yes. Tackling puts strain on the shoulder seam and neck. We use double-needle stitching and a bound collar where specified.
Can the sublimated pattern run across the body?
Yes, panels are printed before sewing, so stripes and chevrons are matched at the side seams and shoulders.
Do you follow league kit rules?
Please check your competition's kit rules on numbers, sponsors and colours; we build to your approved spec.
Order size and lead time?
Bulk starts at 20 pieces per design and sampling has no minimum. Allow about 8–10 days for a sample and ~18 days for bulk after sign-off.
