Kids Sportswear Graded For Real Children, Not Shrunk Adult Patterns.
US youth sports and children's activewear run on a letter-based youth size scale that people read differently, a growth spurt that can change the right size mid-season, and a design brief that has to think about safety as well as colour. We make youth team kit and children's activewear in-house in Sialkot, with no minimum on a sample and 20 pieces per design for bulk, so a youth league or a small kids' brand can start without a big commitment.
Why A Youth Medium Is Not A Small Adult.
| Consideration | What It Means For The Order |
|---|---|
| Letter sizes | Youth sizes are often written as letters such as small, medium and large, but brands cut them differently. Agree measurements, not just labels. |
| Proportions | Torso length, sleeve length and shoulder width do not scale evenly from adult to child, so the pattern is graded separately. |
| Mixed ages | Two children of the same age can be one size apart. Sizing by measurement avoids a roster of surprises. |
| Growth allowance | A slightly generous size lasts longer, but a shirt that is too big restricts movement. Judge it on the sample. |
Our size guide shows the charts we use. The youth versus adult sizing guide explains how mixed sizes interact with the 20-piece minimum.
Simple Decisions That Make A Garment Safer And Easier To Wear.
Rules for children's clothing differ by country and by garment type, and we cannot give compliance advice. These are practical design choices you can ask for, and you confirm what your market requires.
Drawstring-Free Hoods And Waists
Hooded tops and joggers can be made without drawstrings, or with a flat elastic waist. It is a design choice and not a certification, so check local rules for your product type.
Tagless Or Soft Labels
A printed inside label, or a soft label placed where it does not scratch, makes the garment more comfortable for children who dislike tags.
Easy To Pull On And Off
Wide neck openings, flat seams and stretch that recovers help children dress themselves. Ask for these on the sample and test on a real child.
Two Kinds Of Order, One Careful Process.
A youth team or league wants matching jerseys across a wide spread of ages, with names and numbers and a firm deadline. A children's brand wants a repeatable range, with consistent sizing across seasons. Both begin with a sample, which has no minimum.
For team orders, we pack each garment per player against your roster. For brand orders, we build the tech pack so the next order repeats the first. See the team uniform page and private label page for those workflows.

Common Questions.
How are youth sizes graded, and is it just a smaller adult shirt?
No. Children have different proportions from adults: a larger head and shorter torso, and a wider variation in height at the same chest size. A youth pattern is graded for those proportions, not scaled down from an adult one. We check the fit on the sample before bulk is cut.
Should we order a size up to allow for growth?
For a single-season order, many coaches and parents pick a size up for younger players, within reason. A shirt that is too big hangs off the shoulders, so the decision depends on the sport and the age. Try the sample on two children of the same age but different build before choosing.
Can you make youth hoodies and jackets without drawstrings?
Yes. We can make hooded tops and jackets without drawstrings or with fixed, flat alternatives. Rules for children's clothing differ by market and we cannot give compliance advice, so you confirm the requirements for the US with your own adviser and tell us the design you want.
Do you hold safety certifications for children's wear?
We do not claim any. We make garments to the design and specification you approve. If your market or retailer requires testing or documentation, arrange that separately and ask us at quote stage what we can supply to support it.
What are the import arrangements?
Check your local import requirements. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list, and quote shipping per order with tracking provided.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or Wise, against an official quotation or invoice. We do not take card payments. You can check our verification page before you pay.
