Team Uniforms For The American Club, Rec And School Calendar.
A US team uniform order rarely starts with a manufacturer. It starts with a coach, a team manager or a parent volunteer collecting sizes in a group chat, a deadline set by the first tournament or the first practice, and a budget that depends on how many families pay. We build our process around that reality: no minimum on the sample, 20 pieces per design for bulk, and a roster-based pack so the person at the other end is not sorting a pile of jerseys on a garage floor.
Four Kinds Of US Buyer, Four Buying Rhythms.
The same factory process serves all of them, but the planning around it is different. Knowing which rhythm you are in tells you when to start.
Travel And AAU-Style Club Programs
Tryouts, roster announcements and the first tournament weekend often sit close together, so the kit is typically ordered once the roster is known. Many clubs run several age-group teams under one brand and want matching identity with different numbers and sizes.
Community Rec Leagues
Large registration windows, lots of small teams and often a sponsor logo on the back. The order is usually one design with a long size range, sometimes with team names added per roster rather than a separate design for each team.
Schools And Booster Clubs
Orders follow the school year and the budget cycle. Boosters and athletic departments often reorder the same design in later years, so a saved artwork file and a recorded size chart save real time on the second order.
College Club Teams
Non-varsity club teams are usually self-organised and self-funded. A president or treasurer handles the order, so clear artwork, a fixed deadline and a single payer matter more than anything fancy.
Run The Collection Before The Quote, Not After.
When families, boosters or sponsors fund the uniforms, the order has two jobs: collect the money and collect the sizes. Most of the stress comes from doing these in the wrong order. Agree the design and an estimated price per player first, then ask for payment and sizes together, so no one pays for a size that is later changed.
Sponsor logos are a common way to offset cost, and they affect layout. Send sponsor artwork early so its position is approved on the mock-up, not squeezed in afterwards. Our team uniform ordering guide walks through roster, numbers and sponsor placement in more detail.
Once the sample is approved, your order gets a private tracking page with photos, so a volunteer coordinator can forward progress to the group instead of answering the same message twenty times. See how order tracking works.
A Simple Collection Checklist
- Choose one contact who owns the roster and approvals.
- Share the approved mock-up and an estimated price per player.
- Collect sizes on one sheet: name, number, size, any special note.
- Set a size-freeze date and say what happens to late joiners.
- Add a few spares in common sizes if the budget allows.
- Pay once against the official invoice, by bank transfer or Wise.

One Identity, Several Uniforms.
Schools and multi-sport clubs often want a consistent look across teams, though each sport has its own cut. Browse the category pages for specifics, then ask us to carry your crest, colours and typeface across.
Court And Field

Warm-Ups And Travel
Our teamwear range covers warm-up tops, bottoms and travel sets in the same colours as the game kit.
A Club Owned Design
If the club wants its own labelled line, look at private label to develop a design that remains yours across seasons.

Common Questions.
Can a parent group or booster club place the order instead of the coach?
Yes. Name one contact who owns the roster, the artwork approvals and the payment. Our quotation and invoice are issued to the buyer named on the quote, so the group usually collects from families first and then pays us once, by bank transfer or Wise.
What if players join after the sizes are locked?
It happens every season. Set a size-freeze date, then decide how many spare pieces to add in common sizes. Bulk is 20 pieces per design, so a roster plus spares often lands comfortably above the minimum. A later top-up order is possible, and we keep your design on file for a reorder.
Do you make uniforms for several sports under one club name?
Yes. Multi-sport clubs often brief us once for the colours, crest and typeface, then order a basketball, soccer or baseball set from the same identity. Each design is quoted and counted separately for the 20-piece minimum.
Do we have to follow league or school uniform rules?
Rules differ by league, school district and association, and we cannot read them for you. Send the relevant page of the handbook with your artwork and we will match numbers, colours and logo placement on the sample. You confirm the final design is compliant before bulk is cut.
What about customs and import costs?
Check your local import requirements. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list for every shipment, and shipping is quoted per order with tracking provided.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or Wise, against an official quotation or invoice. We do not take card payments. You can check who we are on our verification page before sending anything.
